As women on the eastern plain of Colorado, we strive to foster camaraderie through shared experiences, mentorship, and collaboration. We drive positive change in our rural communities as we support eachother as well as others in need.

We advocate for policy and initiatives that support the prosparity and sustainability of agriculture in our region. We share our personal stories to bring a face to agriculture and to foster understandng and empathy among policy makers and the public.

We strive to bridge the urban-rural divide through innovative programs in schools such as the Flat Rancher ciriculum and Ag in the Classroom.
